First public release. This is a beta — install it on staging first.

An MCP server for WordPress that lets an AI coding tool (Claude Code, Cursor, other MCP clients) build Elementor pages as drafts. The AI can only create and revise drafts it made itself. There is no publish tool for it to call — you review, approve and publish.

What's in it

• 33 MCP tools: plan a page, build an Elementor draft, revise it, validate it, preview it, approve or reject or roll back.
• Per-addon and per-widget allowlists, read from your own install, so third-party addons work without hand-written definitions.
• Scoped bearer tokens with expiry, individual revoke, a global off switch, and an audit log.
• Openverse stock image search and import, SEO meta title/description (feeds Yoast), sanitized page-scoped CSS (no JavaScript, no PHP), saved templates, and ten brand kits.
• Optional Elementor 4 atomic engine for much lighter page markup.

Before you install

• Runtime-tested on one site only: WordPress 7.0, PHP 8, Elementor 4.2, Neve theme. Not yet tested against Elementor 3.x, multisite, other themes or other PHP minor versions.
• No automated test suite and no external security review.
• The atomic engine needs Elementor 4's atomic-elements experiment, which is alpha. The dashboard button that enables it writes Elementor's own experiment options, so it may stop working when Elementor changes them. Do not enable it on a site you cannot afford to break.
• Uninstalling removes all plugin data. There is no keep-my-data option yet.

Install

Download ai-builder-connector-2.0.1.zip below, then Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. After activating, go to AI Builder → Setup Wizard.

Requires WordPress 6.0+, PHP 8.1+, and Elementor.
