rf-detr.cpp v0.1.0-solpbc.5 — CI-built bundles

sol pbc fork build of localai-org/rf-detr.cpp at upstream commit 98d0f381 (2026-07-30).

Built by .github/workflows/release.yml in CI — the release workflow proposed upstream — plus three MSVC portability fixes, also proposed upstream, without which this repo does not build on Windows at all.

Bundles: bin- is a self-contained rfdetr-cli; lib- is librfdetr plus rfdetr_capi.h for dlopen/FFI consumers. GGML_NATIVE=OFF, so the binaries are portable across CPUs.

Linux x64/arm64 (cpu, vulkan, cuda) · macOS arm64 metal + x64 cpu · Windows x64 (cpu, vulkan, cuda).

Operator-built binaries — commit 65c0ffcc (Linux x86_64 CPU)

sol pbc operator-built rfdetr-cli from pinned commit 65c0ffcc9a9bc9dae38252f63d0417c9845a6cf7 (ggml e705c5fe, v0.13.0). Static ggml, portable baseline (no -march=native), CPU/OpenMP.

Built and published by an operator from a known local machine per sol pbc release policy.
