Files configured for Peek now open when selected. External files show an Open button. Double-click and Enter open the selected file. Folders and the Files header show Show in file manager.
Sidebar navigation keeps the current row highlighted. Running editors stay available when you return to a file. Preview startup no longer flashes the session behind it or a temporary Open button.
This release also adds the skiff open-with CLI commands and offers to initialize Git when adding a folder with no repository.
Includes skiffd 0.6.10. The protocol is unchanged.
