Fixed

Setup crashed with a KeyError when enabling fixed cameras, since they lack a confirmed field.
Red light cameras got a broken icon URL instead of the correct redlight SVG.
Cameras that disappear are now purged from the entity registry immediately instead of via a delayed task, closing the window where they could show up as unavailable ghosts.
