Add support for inheritdoc

This release

• Adds support for inserting <inheritdoc> instead of pulling through the <summary>
• It also allows you to swap between <summary> and <inheritdoc>
• The diagnostic severity is now "hidden" so it isn't so annoying with the informational stuff
