This patch release fixes incorrect variant selector behavior around any and none.

• Explicit any now matches only concrete enabled options and no longer includes none.
• Requirement target selectors now resolve omitted dimensions to none when the dependency enables none.
• Variant selector behavior is now covered by updated end-to-end tests for:
  • any cartesian expansion and dependency naming
  • any excluding none
  • omitted requirement target dimensions resolving through enabled none
