v0.4 expands AKOÚŌ into a portable agentic listening router and local-first reference app.

Highlights:

  • Adds four listening modes: audiovisual-scenic, voice-speech, accessibility-normative, and material-event.
  • Adds six workflow commands: /voice, /audiovision, /access, /field, /method, and /route.
  • Adds routing-plan.schema.json for agent/app handoff.
  • Refactors router scoring, listener execution, reference mapping, and app command support.
  • Includes the local-first app under app/.
