AKOÚŌ v0.6.3 — located, directed memory

memory-lineage-listening and /remember now speak akousma spec v1.2: host stores may carry location (where a sound was heard) and capture (past/future direction + window seconds). Both are host metadata evidence — claims that lean on them take source: "metadata", never measured; location is consent-scoped and travels no further than the store the host names. A past capture direction is named as lineage information: the listener chose the sound after hearing it.

Data contract unchanged (akouo/v0.6) — a documentation/distribution release aligned with Earworm v0.3.0, oída 0.3.0, and akousmata 0.3.0.
