AKOÚŌ v0.7 — Sovereign Listening
The sovereignty layer: the Rights of the Audible made operational.
sovereign-listening(fifteenth mode): listening under a listening covenant — a small, human-written declaration of what this ear will not listen to, will release after hearing, will not reveal, will not retain, will blur, or will refuse at certain hours, and why. The covenant is a bridge language, not a guarantee of obedience: rules a host can execute are enforced at its gates; every line it cannot execute is carried verbatim as a commitment and reported with the hearing./covenant(eighteenth command): verify and apply a covenant; listen to what it admits; report enforcement, withholding, and commitments.schemas/covenant.schema.json: the parsed covenant — id,extendslineage (e.g. the Algophonya manifesto), executablerules(do_not_listen · ignore · do_not_reveal · do_not_retain · coarsen · quiet_hours · max_window · require_consent), carriedcommitments.- Listening outputs gain an optional
covenantblock: identity + honest absence — withheld material is counted and attributed to its rule, never described, and never conflated withundetermined. - Contract:

Defaults unchanged everywhere: no covenant is loaded unless the operator adopts one — sovereignty is opted into, never imposed, and a covenant governs the listener that adopted it: it protects the listened-to. Aligned with Earworm v0.4 (spec v1.3), akousmata 0.4, oída 0.4, Algophony 0.5.
