akousmata 0.4.0 — under which ethics

Covenant rendering and filtering (spec v1.3).

• Records made under a listening covenant show it in a new detail section: the covenant's name, contract, lineage, the rules that acted, what was withheld (counted and attributed to its rule, never described), and the commitments it carries.
• One click filters the library to everything listened under that covenant — GET /api/records?covenant=<id>; cards carry covenant_id and a ☖ marker.
• The block is producer-owned: the navigator renders and filters by it, never edits it. Withholding is displayed as honest, attributed absence — kept visually and conceptually distinct from undetermined — and never reconstructed.
• Exports: the covenant block travels safely by construction (identity, counts, rule names — never withheld content or the covenant's text).
