Algophony v0.5.1

Aligns the portable listening contract with AKOÚŌ 0.9 and Oída gateway 0.5, restores the strict heard-evidence boundary, adds corpus listening, and updates Next.js plus vulnerable transitive dependencies. Both public apps build cleanly and the dependency audits report zero vulnerabilities.
