ps5-linux-loader 13.60 (PS5 Pro)

Linux loader for PS5 with 13.60 support, including PS5 Pro.

• Firmware 13.60 (base and Pro). Pro is detected at runtime — same ELF for both.
• Booted on a retail PS5 Pro to an Ubuntu desktop; Steam downloads stable.

2026-10-20 fixes:

• Retail Pro 16 GB e820: the 0x880000000-0x900000000 windows are
  devkit-only (32 GB) and are now RESERVED. Previously Linux could allocate
  pages/xHCI DMA into nonexistent physical memory, and the xHCI hung
  (HC died) under sustained USB-storage load.
• Zero-stat fallback for bzImage/initrd.img: USB readers reporting
  st_size == 0 no longer fail with could not allocate bzimage (0 bytes, errno 22).

Send it to elfldr on port 9021 after jailbreaking, same as upstream. See the
