Installation (Windows):
Download github-loc-windows-v1.0.zip below, extract it, and run the executable inside.
You can run directly by clicking to the .exe file, or navigating to the root and using command line .\github-loc-windows.exe
Installation (Linux):
Use the github-loc-linux-v1.0.tar.gz
