Highlights

Urmare 0.1.1 introduces official PyPI distribution, making the standalone Rust CLI easy to install without Rust, Cargo, or a C compiler.

What’s new

  • Added prebuilt PyPI wheels supporting Python 3.9 through 3.14.

  • Added binaries for macOS ARM64 and x86-64, Linux glibc ARM64 and x86-64, and Windows x86-64.

  • Added support for installation through pip, pipx, uv tool, uvx, and pipx run.

  • Introduced a build-once release process that packages the exact same executable into PyPI wheels and standalone GitHub archives.

  • Added SHA-256 checksums, artifact manifests, provenance attestations, and binary-identity verification.

  • Added secure PyPI Trusted Publishing through GitHub OIDC with manual release approval.

    This release focuses on packaging and distribution; Urmare’s impact-analysis behavior remains unchanged.
