Full Historical Energy Import

• Imports all available hourly energy history from WAVIoT.
• Correctly assigns delayed readings to the hour in which consumption occurred.
• Preserves provider timestamps using Home Assistant external statistics.
• Refreshes the latest 48 hours to capture delayed or corrected readings.
• Reduces ongoing API and recorder load after the initial history import.
• Keeps the existing live total energy, battery, temperature, and last-reading sensors.

After updating, restart Home Assistant and allow time for the initial historical import to complete.
