SoundProbe v0.3.0

SoundProbe is the renamed successor to NJUProbe.

Highlights:

• Renames the CLI, Go module, Homebrew Formula, and user-facing product to soundprobe.
• Preserves existing legacy history and M-Lab consent paths.
• Maintains the patched LibreSpeed CLI source in-tree under LGPL-3.0 for SoundProbe and soundconnect builds.
• Adds structured LibreSpeed progress and explicit loopback SOCKS5 support in helper v1.0.13-campus.1.

Install after tapping the repository:

The attached tarball is the deterministic source artifact used by the Homebrew Formula.

This release pins the two verified NJU LibreSpeed server definitions and supplies
them through --local-json -. The selected IPv4 or IPv6 flag applies only to
the actual measurement connections, so campus --ipv6 reaches
speed6.nju.edu.cn without falling back to IPv4. Routine tests remain fully
offline.
