release. Only release title and notes can be modified.
Patch release for the stable soundadam teaway CLI. Default state locking now avoids creating an absent retired tea-away directory while preserving safe recovery when a real legacy state file exists. The release also formalizes soundadam as the publisher brand, teaway as the stable product and executable identity, and tea as a user-only local shortcut.
