Fixed

• The Learned Traits tab no longer shows traits from a previous character after using the admin charsel command -- it now shows only traits that are both learned from a book and currently active, rather than the full historical learn-log.

Added

• New config option KeepTraitsOnCharSel (default true). Since charsel effectively starts a new character and resets which traits are active, it was silently dropping skillbook-granted bonuses along with it. When enabled, those bonuses are automatically restored after a character reselect. Set to false to let charsel wipe them for a true fresh start.
