Increase default 2 min timeout on actions

I found many cases while testing where a total run takes longer than 2 minutes (fetch dependencies, do action on large repo,..), and it was kind of frustrating always losing 2 minutes because I have to manually set the timeout higher again. I would suggest 5 or 10 minutes would be a better timeout.
