NOTE: Up to v2.3.x the init-date-time was set to ['date'=>'0000-01-01','time'=>'12:00:00']. To improve compatibility with other continuous date-time-sources such as timestamps the time default value has been changed to ['date'=>'0000-01-01','time'=>'00:00:00'].
