Maigret doesn't issue reports.

Everything seems fine, the only problem is that the app creates a reports folder, but for some reason nothing ends up there or shows up. No matter how many times I try, PDF or HTML, it's the same thing. It starts searching for information, the reports folder is created, but it doesn't show me the search results in it, no matter the format. I’m asking for help because I can't figure it out, and I’m not very good with programming.

The empty folder is normal. Maigret creates reports every time it runs, but it only writes a file into it when two things are true:

1. You ask for a report with a flag. All report types are off by default ("html_report": false, "pdf_report": false in settings.json), so a plain maigret username only prints results in the terminal. Add the format you want:

   maigret username --html
   maigret username --pdf

2. The search runs to the end. HTML and PDF reports are written only after every site has been checked. That can take a few minutes, and if you close the window before it's done, nothing is saved. When it's finished, the last lines say where the file went, for example:

HTML report on all usernames saved in reports/report_username_plain.html

Also, reports is created in whatever folder you run the command from, so if you've run maigret from different places you may be looking at the wrong reports folder. To always save to the same place, give it a folder:

maigret username --html -fo C:\Users\you\Desktop\maigret-reports

If you do all that and still get no file, post the last ~20 lines the terminal prints, since a PDF error would show up there.
