Description of Issue

The Forge added method since MinecraftForge/MinecraftForge@b805fa7 seems removed by OF

net.minecraftforge.fml.ModLoadingException: Quick Skin (quickskin) encountered an error during the common_setup event phase
java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: 'net.minecraft.resources.ResourceLocation net.minecraft.resources.ResourceLocation.fromNamespaceAndPath(java.lang.String, java.lang.String)'

Steps to Reproduce

Install https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/quick-skin and it's dep GeckoLib

HD_U_I6
