Shows the remaining HP of the target you attack on your action bar. Tested on Paper 26.2.

• Works for melee, projectiles (bows, crossbows, tridents) and tamed pets
• HP color changes with the remaining ratio (green / yellow / red)
• Mob names follow each player's language; command messages in English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Korean
• Toggle per player with /hpview

Install: put hpview-1.0.0.jar in plugins/ and restart the server.
