LocalLens 1.0 proof-of-concept release.

Includes on-device Gemma 4 LiteRT-LM with MTP support, phone camera mode, Meta Wearables DAT 0.6 camera support, audio-only chat, first-run proof-of-concept disclaimer, and open-source notices.

Notes:

• The app downloads the Gemma LiteRT model during setup.
• Performance depends heavily on the phone GPU, memory, thermals, and available storage.
• This is a proof of concept and should not be treated as safe or reliable for full disability use cases.
