• Steve: switching from cray wrappers to compiler absolute paths
  • e.g. specifying a path vs. a module for cray-mpich

  • Greg: there was at least one version of the PE where this was difficult
    • create an external for libfabric
    • Prepend LD_LIBRARY_PATH for cray-libfabric as part of compiler definition
      • there is an environment: key in the compiler: entry
