• Jack: question about spec parsing
  • In particular after https://github.com/spack/spack/pull/41529
  • If I have spack add ... spec1 spec2, do I have to put quotes around the specs?
    • No
  • In general we try to avoid forcing users to put quotes around args
    • They are needed in general for compiler flags e.g. spack spec zlib cflags="-g"
• Pariksheet: is there a survey for taking stock of user priorities?
  • We've had a few, e.g. https://spack.io/spack-user-survey-2020/
