ZTARE v1.0.0 ships the Project Workbench release: a local React/server workbench for opening projects, inspecting backing files, running checks, recording review status, saving next steps, and preserving receipt provenance. This release also refreshes the public roadmap and docs, tightens public gates and terminology checks, folds merged paper paths into the public tree, and publishes updated evidence/read-model artifacts.
