What's Changed

ISystemClock
The ISystemClock API is obsolete in .NET 8. All APIs are now making use of the TimeProvider API. If you have implemented and interface or created a subclass of a default implementation that uses the old obsolete ISystemClock, then you must change this to using the new TimeProvider instead.
