Phase 2 adds Explore mode: a browsable model catalog alongside the Simple guided flow.

New

• 15-model catalog, each rated 🟢/🟡/🔴 for your machine and sorted best-fit-first.
• Categories: general chat (Llama/Qwen2.5 tiers), reasoning & conversation (Qwen3 4B–30B-A3B, Hivemind 32B), coding (Qwen2.5-Coder), vision (Qwen2.5-VL, Llama 3.2 Vision), and medical (MedGemma).
• Use-case filter chips, capability tags, and links to model benchmarks/details.
• One-click install of any model into the same Open WebUI chat app.
• MedGemma install gated behind a research/education-only acknowledgment.

Notes

• Pre-release / build from source (see README). No signed binaries yet.
• Simple mode and its 🟢/🟡/🔴 recommendation are unchanged (now sharing the catalog's rating logic).
