Spark 4 support with #2 against Shim 0.2.0. This release drops support for all other versions (Spark 4 is no longer backwards compatible at the build level for frameless without further significant changes) hence the significant version bump.

NOTE: This is the last major release directly using catalyst expressions for encoding. Version 2.0.0 will migrate to AgnosticEncoders for the runtime usage with Spark "Codec"s taking primary place instead of Injections.
