Looks like there's some new duplicate licenses identified with this updated License List Publisher. I'll need to analyze whether these are really duplicates and just need to be added to the expected warnings, or if there is an issue with the latest version of the License List Publisher. I'm switching this to draft until I get a chance to evaluate. |

Only one missing expected warning (reciprocal of an existing warning). Should be good to go. |

Includes some performance improvements
Also includes updated SPDX Java libraries which may resolve some license matching issues
