Add document validation tests

part of #307 

- [ ] negative tests (do they exist, though, without relying on sub-validators?)
- [ ] some kind of super test is needed to test that all the subvalidations are correctly called
- [x] make test for "document describes at least one element"
- [x] test for SPDX Lite
