Minor Changes

• c0395b5: Selectively extract high-value, reusable business memories from completed chats, omit semantic duplicates, and add an organization-admin corpus browser with semantic search, source-transcript navigation, and a complete content-scope tree with distinct-memory counts.
• eed5e6a: Add a weekly usage summary email for customer billing contacts. Every Monday a Temporal sweep emails each organization's billing alert contact their tokens-under-management total for the active billing cycle, with a percent-change badge against the same elapsed point of the previous cycle. The TUM token components are now defined once in a billing.TumComponents registry that the ClickHouse billing measure and the email's total both derive from, so changes to the TUM definition propagate to billing and reporting in lockstep. Organizations with no usage in either compared window are skipped, and sends are deduplicated per organization and run date.
• e9dc39b: Add mcpRegistries.getSetupDocs, which returns the published setup documentation for an upstream MCP server from the github.com/speakeasy-api/mcp-setup-docs/go catalog. A guide can be located by the upstream server's endpoint URL, by its registry specifier as returned by listCatalog, or by both at once. Matches from the two lookup keys are deduplicated by guide slug and returned in descending specificity, and each guide reports how it matched and which documented endpoint the lookup selected. Servers with no published guide return an empty list rather than an error.

Patch Changes

• 59a371a: Saving an OpenAI app-submission verification token now reconciles the custom domain's ingress. Domains provisioned before the challenge feature shipped were missing the /.well-known/openai-apps-challenge route, so the token endpoint returned a 404 until an unrelated setting change rebuilt the ingress; setting or clearing the token now triggers that rebuild directly.
• 1359212: Serve the hooks@0.3.12 binary to hook installations. Previously pinned releases stay available so installations that have not regenerated their bootstrap script can still install.
• 9d0f259: The project assistant can now read the AI control plane product documentation. Two new managed-assistant tools, platform_list_docs and platform_get_doc, expose the ~110 pages under speakeasy.com/docs/ai-control-plane: the first returns the page index (built from the docs sitemap and cached hourly), the second returns one page's markdown along with its public permalink to cite. platform_get_doc only serves paths present in the index, so it reads documentation rather than acting as a general-purpose fetcher.
• 92d743b: Serve the project-wide Risk Events listing from ClickHouse behind the new
  risk-list-from-clickhouse per-org flag, keeping the same ordering, filters
  and pagination behavior as before. Also fixes a pagination bug where the first
  result after a page boundary was skipped.
