Missing save block for unexpected direction character in coordinate field(s)

Dependent on fix in PR 8369 which prevents the coordinate fields from stripping values upon opening the record.

10 20' 13’ O", 100 30’ P,  90 20’14" A" are potential coordinate values imported via the WorkBench that are not yet caught by a save blocker.
