Two close buttons in table format/aggregation dialog in schema config

Describe the bug
Likely caused by #8137 as one of the close buttons takes you to app resources. If you go to any table in schema config and open the table format/aggregation dialog there are two close buttons. The one on the left just closes the dialog but stays on schema config, the one on the right takes you to app resources. v7.12.0.7 has only one.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Schema config
2. Click on any table
3. Press Add on either table format or aggregation
4. See two close buttons

Expected behavior
There should only be one close button
