Changed

• A change's tasks pane selects a task rather than a line of one. A task in an
  OpenSpec tasks.md wraps onto indented continuation lines, and the cursor
  used to step through them one at a time while the highlight covered only the
  first, so a task read as half selected and walking a list of eight took
  twenty presses. j and k now move task to task, passing over headings and
  blank lines, and the whole task is highlighted as one band.

Fixed

• pgdown, pgup, ctrl+f, ctrl+b, ctrl+d, ctrl+u, gg and G move
  the cursor in the tasks pane instead of scrolling past it. They used to move
  the rows and leave the cursor behind, so space afterwards could toggle a
  task that was no longer on screen.

• Ticking a checkbox no longer blinks a "Scanning for OpenSpec sources" modal
  over the screen, and no longer swallows the keys pressed while it is up.
  Re-reading a project that is already on screen is not the same event as
  searching the filesystem at startup, and only the second one is worth
  interrupting a reader for. Ticking several tasks quickly used to lose presses.

Changed

• The nav bar offers space toggle on the tasks pane, and describes jk/↑↓
  there as navigating rather than scrolling, which is what they do.

• The README is a landing page rather than a manual: 130 lines against 534, with
  the reference material moved to five pages under docs/. It now says what
  OpenSpec is and links it, carries badges, and documents three ways to install
  that were each run before being written down. The one it replaced did not work.

Added

• Continuous integration. Every push and every pull request runs nix flake check, the same gate scripts/ship-change.sh runs, so that what CI enforces
  and what shipping enforces cannot drift apart. The coverage number the gate
  measured and the project's OpenSpec metrics are published as badges.

Removed

• Directories as positional arguments. spg ~/work overrode scandirs.include
  from your configuration; use --path to open one project, or edit
  scandirs.include to choose what the picker searches. An argument is now
  refused rather than ignored, so it cannot look as though it had been honoured.

Added

• The README has pictures in it. Seven recordings show the change list, a
  change's spec deltas with what the change does to each requirement, the specs
  tab, a spec in detail, the properties tab, the project picker and an export.
  They are recorded against a fixture harbour under demo/, never against the
  machine doing the recording, and make demo remakes them.

Changed

• A release publishes the changelog entry for the version it releases. The
  notes were a list of commit hashes and subjects, bean bookkeeping included,
  while the entry describing what actually changed sat in CHANGELOG.md where
  nobody installing the tool looks. A release whose entry is empty now stops
  before it changes anything, rather than publishing a heading with nothing
  under it.
