UI polish pass: centered layout, card design, workspace picker improvements

What's new in 1.5.0

  • Header and footer now correctly centered in a 900px column
  • Header title and subtitle centered and enlarged
  • Content list rendered inside a rounded card (dark teal background)
  • Section labels have more vertical padding for better breathing room
  • Footer buttons centered with generous padding
  • Size badges larger and brighter (foreground color, no pill)
  • Orphaned Workspaces and Existing/Active Workspaces split into separate pickers, each with Select All
  • Orphaned entries pre-checked by default; active entries unchecked
