Finishes the CAPI v1beta2 contract adoption on CoudStackMachine status. Rolls in one temp-upstream commit on top of v0.6.1-capi-upgrade-v1.13.1:

• 5ff2ff4 api: mark v1beta4 Status.Ready optional to finish v1beta2-contract adoption (upstream 242c9ba)

Every v1beta4 CRD (Machine, Cluster, FailureDomain, IsolatedNetwork, AffinityGroup, MachineStateChecker) drops ready from its .status.required list. Existing consumers that read Status.Ready see no change — the field still serializes as ready: false or ready: true, only the CRD schema constraint is relaxed. Fixes the deterministic status.ready: Required value failure on Palette's dynamic-networking E2E flows.
