Follow-up agreed in PR #289 review: match the canonical "Mandarin" (cmn) naming from the languages page. Renames the three occurrences in formatting.mdx (output locales, disfluency and smart formatting language lists) and re-alphabetizes the renamed list entries. Adds a terminology entry recording "Mandarin" as canonical. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
