AI Assistant (Schwa) — MCP Server

• Phon can now act as an MCP server, making Schwa's tools available to external AI clients such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code, and OpenCode (#270).
• The server is started and stopped from the new "MCP Server" items in the Schwa view menu, and can be configured in Preferences to start automatically.
• A connection instructions dialog provides ready-to-copy setup for each supported client, with a dedicated tab per client.
• External clients are now told how to write Phon edit scripts correctly, so generated scripts open and close their own editing sessions instead of failing.

Privacy in Logs and On-Screen Paths

• Your home directory is now shown as "~" in menus, labels, dialogs and other on-screen paths, so screenshots and screen shares no longer expose your user name (#541).
• Wherever a path is shortened, the full path remains available as a tooltip.
• Log files no longer record your home directory or user name; console output and the startup environment dump are redacted the same way (#541).
• Path abbreviation now matches correctly regardless of letter case on macOS and Windows (#543).

Welcome Window

• Folders and projects can be added to the Workspace and Recent Projects lists by dragging and dropping them onto the window (#539).

Session Editor

• Fixed tier labels flickering or briefly disappearing for empty tiers in the transcript view.

Dialogs

• On Windows, the file, folder, colour, font and message dialogs are now the standard Windows dialogs. Previously only macOS used native dialogs and Windows fell back to Java's own, which looked out of place.

Languages

• Added an IPA transliteration dictionary for Ayuk (mxp).
