• Accurate Incoming Caller Resolution: Fixed SQL query for incoming callers in the Codebase Navigator graph by strictly filtering to incoming calls (target_id = :id) and excluding outgoing relationships.
• Cross-File Callee Navigation: Resolved target filepaths for called functions and methods so selecting a callee immediately navigates to its defining file and symbol outline across the entire codebase.
• Deduplication & Call Frequency Badges: Grouped repeated symbol references within the same caller/callee file and added interactive count badges (e.g., 3x) to eliminate repetitive items in usage lists.
• Strict Symbol Outline Scoping: Tightened file outline path filtering in the graph store to prevent symbol leakage across files sharing similar names or prefixes.
