v0.18.0 - Reading Mode pagination

Adds pagination to Zotero 10's Reading Mode.

Reading Mode reflows a PDF into clean, resizable text, but it scrolls continuously with no page boundaries. Turn Focus on while reading and it paginates: one screenful per page, turned with the arrow keys or the scroll wheel. Zotero's EPUB view has paginated flow already; this brings the same idea to Reading Mode, so reflowed typography and real page boundaries finally come together.

Focus and Review modes for the regular PDF view are unchanged.

Note: the previous release (v0.14.0) capped at Zotero 9 and would not install on Zotero 10. update.json had also been pointing at it, so auto-update was offering an unusable build. Both now track this release.

Developed against Zotero 10.0.2 on Windows. Please read the caveats in the README before installing — this is a personal tool built on Zotero's private internals, not a supported product.

v0.14.0

First public release.

Focus mode: locked single-page scrolling, 2x supersampled rendering, backdrop colour matching.
Review mode: Word-style margin comment balloons, a document-level annotation map, and next/previous annotation navigation.

Please read the caveats in the README before installing - this is built on Zotero private internals, is PDF-only, and was developed against Zotero 9.0.6 on Windows.
