Detailed beta.52 development history
Fix 51 — Pulse + Streamer Mode Polish
- Slowed the navigation highlight pulse from 180 ms to 240 ms per phase so linked destinations are easier to follow.
- Brightened the navigation pulse while preserving the existing four-pulse sequence and Settings disable option.
- Shifted the compact Streamer Mode toggle 4 px left to prevent its right edge from clipping.
- Explicitly keeps the global Streamer Mode control visible and front-most on the Dashboard as well as compact workspace headers.
- Preserves Fix 50 contextual group selection and Fix 48 Twitch Clip creation.
Fix 50 — Context-Aware Default Message Navigation
- Default message location now carries the currently edited group into the Groups screen instead of landing on the first group in the list.
- Streamers, Regulars, and custom groups are selected/highlighted correctly when the help link is followed.
- After the group highlight is visible, StreamTower waits briefly, focuses the global Walk-On default message input, and runs the Navigation Highlight Pulse.
- The pulse still respects the Pulse controls opened from help links setting.
- Updated Roadmap & Ideas: Clip It Integration is now marked IMPLEMENTED because manual Twitch Clip creation shipped in Fix 48.
- Preserves Fix 49 Navigation Highlight Pulse and Fix 48 Twitch Clip creation.
Fix 49 — Navigation Highlight Pulse
- Added a reusable navigation-target pulse for help links that jump to another StreamTower control.
- Clicking Default message location or Edit Default Message → now navigates to Groups → Walk-On Chat Default, focuses the existing input, and pulses it four times.
- The pulse stops immediately when the destination is clicked or edited.
- Added Pulse controls opened from help links under Settings → General / Startup.
- The pulse setting defaults ON and saves immediately; turning it OFF keeps navigation working without animation.
- Preserves Fix 48 Twitch Clip creation in both StreamTower Chat and the embedded Twitch Chat panel.
Fix 48 — Twitch Clip Creation
- Activated the existing CLIP button in StreamTower's native Chat module.
- Added a matching CLIP button to the embedded Twitch Chat panel.
- Both buttons use one shared Twitch clip-creation workflow.
- Added the Twitch
clips:editOAuth permission; existing users will be prompted to reconnect Twitch once so the new permission can be granted. - After Twitch accepts a clip, StreamTower can open Twitch's clip editor or copy the public clip link.
- Clip creation status and Twitch/API errors are surfaced directly in StreamTower.
- Preserves the Fix 47 sidebar/footer cleanup and the stable modular workspace behavior.
Fix 47 — Sidebar Stack + Default Message Navigation + Collapsed Menus
- Redesigned the non-Dashboard Twitch account card vertically: centered avatar on top, then username, Twitch link, followers, subscribers, and connection state below.
- Anchored the lower-left footer group in the intended order: Twitch card → Settings → beta/status.
- Walk-On and navigation flyouts now start collapsed whenever StreamTower launches.
- Converted Default message location into a clickable shortcut to Groups → Walk-On Chat Default.
- Added the same direct shortcut to the Add/Edit help card.
- Simplified the Add/Edit help card to one short explanation plus Edit Default Message →.
- Removed the verbose tip text and literal escaped line-break presentation.
- Preserved Dashboard-only branding, global Streamer Mode, and the stable Fix 42 modular workspace behavior.
Fix 46 — Dedicated Sidebar Twitch Card
- Replaced the fragile Dashboard-to-sidebar Twitch card reparenting with a dedicated sidebar Twitch card.
- Dashboard keeps its original top-right account card; non-Dashboard pages show a separate synchronized card above Settings/status.
- Both Twitch views stay synchronized for username, channel link, follower/subscriber counts, connection state, and avatar.
- Fixed responsive-layout code that could re-show Dashboard branding on non-Dashboard pages.
- Streamer Mode remains visible globally in the compact header.
- Preserved Fix 42 modular workspace behavior and the Fix 43 Add/Edit contextual help card.
Fix 45 — Sidebar Twitch Card Visibility
- Fixed the Twitch account card disappearing after it was moved from the Dashboard header into the lower-left sidebar.
- The card is now explicitly made visible after reparenting and during sidebar reflow.
- Reparenting now switches the card out of TableLayoutPanel docking before adding it to the sidebar.
- Preserved Fix 44 compact sidebar sizing and restores the full Dashboard card when returning to Dashboard.
Fix 44 — Sidebar Twitch Card Fit
- Corrected the lower-left Twitch account card introduced in Fix 43.
- Reduced the sidebar avatar from 100px to 82px and widened the account text area.
- Username, Twitch link, followers, subscribers, and connection status now fit inside the card instead of clipping past its right border.
- Tightened the card margins to use the available navigation-column width.
- Dashboard restores the original larger account-card geometry automatically.
- Preserved Fix 43 Dashboard-only branding, global Streamer Mode, Add/Edit help card, and Fix 42 modular workspace behavior.
Fix 43 — Dashboard-Only Branding + Sidebar Twitch Card + Add/Edit Help
- Full StreamTower header branding is now Dashboard-only.
- Non-Dashboard pages use compact top chrome while keeping Streamer Mode visible globally.
- The Twitch avatar/login/status card moves into the lower-left sidebar on non-Dashboard pages and returns to the Dashboard header on Dashboard.
- Settings remains above the beta/status footer with sidebar space reserved for the Twitch card.
- Added a contextual Edit Default Message help card to the shared Streamer / Regular / custom Walk-On Add/Edit editor on wide layouts.
- Preserved the stable Fix 42 modular workspace and Manage Panels behavior.
Fix 42 — Manage Panels Collapse / Toggle Fix
- DONE now reliably collapses the MANAGE PANELS popup.
- Clicking MANAGE PANELS again while the popup is open now toggles it closed.
- The popup still stays open while checking/unchecking multiple panel modules.
- Reuses one ContextMenuStrip instance instead of creating another popup on every button click.
- Preserved Fix 41 multi-select behavior, Fix 40 crash protection, Fix 39 visibility persistence, and Fix 38 live modular movement/resizing.
Fix 41 — Multi-Select Manage Panels
- MANAGE PANELS now stays open while multiple panel checkboxes are changed.
- CHAT, USERS, EVENTS, and RECENT EVENTS can be checked/unchecked in one pass instead of reopening the menu for every panel.
- Added DONE to explicitly close the panel picker.
- Restore Hidden Panels now immediately refreshes all checkbox states.
- Preserved Fix 40 crash protection, Fix 39 visibility persistence, and Fix 38 live modular movement/resizing.
Fix 40 — Manage Panels Menu Crash Fix
- Fixed the ObjectDisposedException triggered after clicking an item in MANAGE PANELS.
- The ContextMenuStrip is no longer disposed from its Closed event while WinForms is still completing ToolStripDropDown.OnItemClicked / SetVisibleCore.
- Preserved Fix 39 panel visibility persistence and Fix 38 live modular movement/resizing.
Fix 39 — Manage Panels
- Added MANAGE PANELS to the Twitch Moderation modular workspace.
- CHAT, USERS, EVENTS, and RECENT EVENTS can be independently hidden or added back.
- Hidden panels retain their normalized saved position and size and return where they were left.
- Added Restore Hidden Panels without resetting the rest of the workspace.
- Panel visibility is persisted across StreamTower restarts.
- Implemented visibility controls in ModularLayoutManager so future modular StreamTower workspaces can reuse the same add/remove panel system.
- Preserved Fix 38 live movement/resizing, snapping, SHIFT bypass, repaint behavior, and full-width moderation canvas.
Fix 38 — Clean Live Panel Movement / Resize
- Restored true live movement and resizing so Twitch Moderation modules visibly follow the pointer.
- Snapping remains live at workspace and neighboring panel edges; hold SHIFT to bypass snapping.
- Removed move-guide and resize-preview rendering from active interaction paths to eliminate overlay/guide artifacts.
- The active module stays front-most and the union of its old/new bounds is repainted during movement to reduce WinForms trails.
- Preserved the working full-width canvas override, lock/reset behavior, normalized persistence, and DPI scaling.
Fix 37 — Lightweight Move Guides
- Removed the large full-rectangle drag preview used while moving Twitch Moderation modules.
- Moving a module now leaves the live panel stationary and shows only thin dashed alignment guides for its proposed left/right/top/bottom edges.
- The real module moves once on release, preserving the anti-tearing behavior without covering neighboring panels during drag.
- Resize interactions keep the workspace-clipped outline preview because seeing the proposed size remains useful.
- Preserved 12 px workspace/panel snapping, Shift snapping bypass, normalized layout persistence, and the Fix 33 full-width canvas behavior.
- Preserved the on-screen Shift tip and Twitch Moderation Help documentation.
Fix 36 — Workspace-Clipped Drag Preview
- Replaced the screen-coordinate reversible drag frame with an in-workspace preview control.
- Drag/resize previews are now clipped to the Twitch Moderation canvas and cannot paint over the StreamTower header, navigation, or other application chrome.
- The real module still moves/resizes only once on release, preserving the overlap-tearing reduction from Fix 35.
- Preserved Fix 34 edge/panel snapping, SHIFT bypass, and Fix 33 full-width canvas behavior.
- Preserved the on-screen SHIFT tip and Help documentation.
Fix 35 — Outline Drag Preview + Snapping Help
- Replaced live panel movement/resizing with a lightweight reversible dashed preview outline, so complex WinForms modules no longer repaint continuously while crossing one another.
- The actual module moves/resizes once when the interaction ends, followed by one combined old/new-region refresh to eliminate overlap trails, ghost borders, and tearing.
- Edge and neighboring-panel snapping remains active on the preview; hold Shift to temporarily bypass snapping for precision placement.
- Added a Twitch Moderation modular-layout Help card documenting move/resize, snapping, Shift bypass, and Lock Layout.
- Kept the visible moderation instruction tip for hold SHIFT to bypass snapping.
- Preserved the working Fix 33 full-horizontal-canvas override and Fix 34 snapping behavior.
Fix 34 — Modular Edge Snapping + Drag Rendering Cleanup
- Added 12 px snapping to Twitch Moderation workspace edges and neighboring module edges while moving panels.
- Added edge snapping while resizing from every side/corner.
- Hold Shift while moving/resizing to temporarily bypass snapping for precise free placement.
- Added double-buffering to the moderation workspace/modules and unified old/new dirty-region invalidation to reduce tearing, ghost borders, and stale artifacts when panels cross.
- Moving/resizing modules are kept at the front during interaction.
- Preserved the Fix 33 full-horizontal-canvas responsive override.
Fix 33 — Full Horizontal Canvas Responsive Override
- Fixed the remaining fullscreen-return width loss in Twitch Moderation.
- The global responsive layout was reapplying a centered max-content-width gutter on every form Resize, overriding Moderation's edge-to-edge canvas after maximize/restore.
- Twitch Moderation is now explicitly exempt from the global content-width cap and keeps 4 px edge gutters while it is the active page.
- Added an explicit logical current-page reference so transient WinForms Visible state during layout/maximize transitions cannot accidentally re-enable the centered gutter.
- Keeps normalized modular geometry, DPI scaling, lock/reset, deferred restore, and AutoScroll fixes from Fix 29-32 intact.
Fix 32 — Full-Width Moderation Canvas Restore
- Disabled AutoScroll specifically on the Twitch Moderation page so WinForms cannot retain a stale virtual DisplayRectangle after maximize/restore.
- Clear any inherited AutoScroll minimum size/position when the moderation canvas is built.
- When navigating back to Twitch Moderation, force pageHost and page layout passes so the workspace refills the actual current client width before normalized module geometry is reapplied.
- Keeps the Fix 29-31 modular layout manager, lock/reset behavior, normalized persistence, DPI scaling, and legacy-layout migration intact.
Fix 31 — Modular Layout Timer Compile Fix
- Fixed the beta.52 Fix 30 compile failure caused by an ambiguous
Timerreference inModularLayoutManager.cs. - The deferred workspace restore timer is now explicitly
System.Windows.Forms.Timer, avoiding the conflict withSystem.Threading.Timerintroduced by implicit/global usings. - Keeps the Fix 30 fullscreen/windowed horizontal workspace restoration behavior unchanged.
- Corrected the What's New revision marker to Fix 31.
Fix 30 — Fullscreen/Restore Horizontal Workspace Fix
- Fixes Twitch Moderation modules retaining the smaller windowed pixel footprint after leaving/re-entering fullscreen or navigating away and back.
- Modular layout restoration is now deferred until WinForms finishes maximize/restore and page layout transitions.
- Reapplies saved normalized panel geometry against the final workspace ClientSize on SizeChanged, Layout, VisibleChanged, and handle recreation.
- Prevents transient intermediate form sizes from becoming the effective modular canvas.
- Keeps Fix 29 normalized geometry, lock state, resize/move behavior, legacy layout migration, and auto-save behavior.
Fix 29 — Modular Panel Framework
- Replaced Twitch Moderation's per-panel drag/resize persistence code with one reusable
ModularLayoutManager. - CHAT, USERS, EVENTS, and RECENT EVENTS now save normalized position/size values that scale with the workspace instead of fixed screen pixels.
- Existing beta.52 pixel layouts migrate automatically the first time the new framework restores them.
- Window resizing and DPI/monitor changes reapply logical panel geometry without overwriting the saved layout.
- Lock Layout now disables move/resize interaction and their cursors; Reset Layout restores defaults without rebuilding the page.
- Mouse-capture loss still commits the final drag/resize position.
Fix 28 — Moderation Layout Persistence Hardening
- Added capture-loss commits for title-bar moves and edge/corner resizes so the final panel bounds are saved even when the pointer leaves the drag surface.
- Added a restore/reflow guard so startup, navigation, DPI changes, and workspace resizing cannot accidentally overwrite persisted panel bounds.
- Workspace resize now reapplies the saved logical layout and only clamps the visible cards to the current workspace, preserving the original layout for later restoration.
- Corrected the What's New revision/title and highlights to match Fix 28.
Fix 23 — Settings navigation cleanup
Fix 26 — Clean Header + Reliable Moderation Layout Persistence
- Removed the duplicate ACTIVE CHAT, STREAMERS, REGULARS, SOUND ALERTS and SERVER cards from the global application header.
- CHAT, USERS, EVENTS and RECENT EVENTS now persist their final X/Y/Width/Height directly from bounds changes with debounced saving.
- This no longer depends solely on a title-bar/resize-handle MouseUp event, preventing layouts from being lost when mouse capture changes.
- Lock Layout and Reset Layout remain available.
Fix 25 — Header + Navigation Layout Cleanup
- Widened the left navigation column so Command Center stays on one line.
- Increased the main header height and Streamer Mode control area so the toggle is fully visible.
- Widened the StreamTower brand column while preserving the beta/tagline area.
- Reinforced Settings as a bottom-anchored navigation item directly above the beta/status block, including resize reflow.
Fix 24 — Header Slogan Clipping
-
Increased the normal application header height so the StreamTower beta/version slogan and Streamer Mode row are fully visible.
-
Command Center still collapses the application header to preserve workspace.
-
Renamed General Settings to Settings in the sidebar and page heading.
-
Moved Settings to the bottom of the sidebar directly above the beta/version status block.
-
Settings remains anchored to the bottom when the window/sidebar is resized.
StreamTower 1.0.0-beta.52 — Fix 20
Fix 20 — Groups + Walk-On Navigation / Controls Cleanup
- Added an obvious right-side chevron to the collapsible Walk-On navigation header.
- Fixed custom Walk-On group navigation so selecting a group no longer rebuilds/removes its own menu entry.
- Group option toggles now visibly change state with a checkmark and highlighted background when active.
- Custom groups now have Walk-On defaults for sound, First Words popup card, Shoutout Clip, Twitch chat message, and default sound file.
- Custom-group Walk-On defaults are used for members who do not also have a richer Streamer/Regular profile.
- Bot/ignore precedence remains unchanged: ignore rules always win.
Fix 19 — Walk-On Shoutout Control + UI Clipping Cleanup
- Added per-user SHOUTOUT CLIP (FIRST WORDS) enable/disable control for Streamers and Regulars.
- Existing Streamers remain enabled by default when upgrading older user files; existing Regulars remain disabled by default until explicitly enabled.
- Added a SHOUTOUT status column to the Walk-On user grid.
- Added an in-editor help tooltip that points users to Groups → Walk-On Chat Default for changing the default Twitch Walk-On message.
- Expanded the StreamTower brand/header area so the beta/version tagline and Streamer Mode row are no longer clipped.
- Enlarged the General Settings RUN SETUP WIZARD and FEATURE MANAGER buttons to prevent DPI/text clipping.
- Extended Streamer/Regular file format with a backward-compatible per-user shoutout flag.
Fix 18 — Walk-On Workflow + Popup + Chat Messages
- Streamers and Regulars are now grouped under a collapsible Walk-On navigation category.
- Custom Groups can opt into SHOW IN WALK-ON CATEGORY and appear under Walk-On navigation.
- Added a per-user FIRST WORDS POPUP CARD toggle. Existing users default to popup enabled for backwards compatibility.
- Added a global Twitch chat Walk-On message, defaulting to
Welcome in %user%!, with a master enable toggle. - Added a per-user custom Walk-On chat message field. Leaving it blank uses the global default.
- Walk-On chat messages use StreamTower global variables including
%user%. - Custom Walk-On groups can participate in First Words recognition even when a member is not also in Streamers or Regulars.
- Streamer/Regular user files now preserve popup preference and custom Walk-On chat text while remaining backwards compatible with older rows.
- Optional State/Location and Time Zone values no longer cause valid user rows to be skipped when reloading.
Fix 17 — Priority User Search + Optional Field Enter Actions
- USERNAME autocomplete now searches StreamTower/local channel history first: current Active Chat, connected chatters, and persistent analytics history are prioritized before Twitch-wide results.
- Saved Streamers and Regulars remain in the local suggestion pool, while Twitch search is appended only after local matches are shown.
- Remote Twitch results no longer reorder familiar/local users ahead of community-history matches.
- STATE / LOCATION now has autocomplete using saved locations first, followed by built-in U.S. states, Canadian provinces/territories, and common country locations.
- Pressing Enter in STATE / LOCATION performs ADD / UPDATE USER.
- Pressing Enter in TIME ZONE performs ADD / UPDATE USER.
- Username Enter behavior from Fix 16 remains intact.
Fix 16 — Username Entry / ADD-UPDATE Behavior
- Replaced the fragile native username AutoComplete popup with a StreamTower-owned suggestion list.
- Suggestions stay visible when the user pauses instead of collapsing after the delayed Twitch lookup.
- Up/Down navigates suggestions; Escape closes them; clicking a suggestion fills the field.
- Enter accepts the highlighted suggestion and then performs the existing ADD / UPDATE USER action.
- Saving a Streamer or Regular no longer silently removes the same username from the other list; multi-group membership is now respected.
Fix 15 — Groups System + Bot Exclusions
- Added a dedicated Groups page to the main StreamTower navigation.
- Built-in groups: Streamers, Regulars, and Bots / Ignored. Existing Streamers/Regulars remain backed by their current files.
- Added custom group creation/removal and per-group member management.
- Added BOT GROUP, HIDE FROM ACTIVE CHAT, IGNORE FIRST WORDS, and IGNORE SHOUTOUT CLIP rules.
- Bot groups automatically ignore First Words and automatic Shoutout Clip.
- Active Chat can hide bot/group members without changing native Twitch chat.
- Users may belong to multiple custom groups; ignore rules take priority.
Fix 14 — Dashboard Sound Toggle Compile Fix + Cleanup
- Fixed Dashboard SOUND ALERTS toggle compile error by passing the required success-state argument to SetStatus.
- Kept the clickable Sound Alerts metric card behavior from Fix 13.
- Preserved the larger Twitch profile card and default disabled walk-on sound behavior.
- No version bump beyond beta.52; this remains a local Fix iteration.
StreamTower 1.0.0-beta.52
Fix 3 — Moderation Workspace + Optional User Fields + Update Changelog
- Twitch Moderation Chat now uses the available page width instead of keeping large unused side gutters.
- CHAT, USERS, and EVENTS remain resizable with splitters.
- CHAT, USERS, and EVENTS can now be rearranged by dragging their colored top bars left or right.
- The chosen moderation panel order is saved in StreamTower settings and restored after restart.
- RECENT EVENTS is now shown directly underneath the Events area so recent stream activity stays visible while moderating.
- Streamer / Regular editor now requires only USERNAME.
- REAL NAME, STATE / LOCATION, and TIME ZONE are optional.
- Optional fields now show disappearing placeholder hints when empty.
- Time-zone validation only runs when a time zone is actually entered.
- Pressing Enter in USERNAME still adds or updates the matching Streamer / Regular.
- Global autocomplete remains suggestion-only and keyboard-driven so mouse movement does not alter typed text.
What's New / Changelog behavior
- The What's New popup has been refreshed for the current beta.52 work.
- Each development update now has its own changelog revision key, so the popup appears once for that installed update and does not repeat every launch.
- Installing a newer StreamTower update displays that update's new changelog once.
- Major changes can be repeated in later changelogs when they remain important to the release rather than disappearing from the summary.
- VIEW FULL RELEASE NOTES continues to open the complete beta.52 release notes from inside StreamTower.
Fix 2 — Dashboard compile repair
- Removed stale references to the retired Dashboard right rail (
right, quick, andrecentCard) from responsive layout handling. - Updated center workspace width calculation for the new two-column body layout (navigation + main workspace).
- Preserved the beta.52 Dashboard/autocomplete changes from Fix 1.
Fix 1 — Dashboard + Autocomplete Cleanup
- Compact top status/header area returns more room to the working dashboard.
- Twitch account/login profile moved into a smaller upper-right card.
- Removed the permanent right-side dashboard rail so Chat, Users, and Events can use more workspace.
- Streamers and Regulars editors open blank; binding/refresh no longer auto-populates the first user.
- Clicking a specific user row is the explicit action that loads that user into the editor.
- Pressing Enter in USERNAME adds or updates the current Streamer/Regular.
- Global username/category autocomplete changed to suggestion-only behavior so it no longer appends/replaces typed text.
- Async autocomplete refreshes are keyboard-driven instead of focus/mouse-driven.
- Test Raid autocomplete no longer reopens simply because the username field gains focus.
- Shoutout / First Words / User Insights autocomplete uses suggestion-only behavior for consistent input handling.
Major features carried forward from beta.51
- First-run Setup Wizard for Twitch, OBS WebSocket, Raid Overlay, Shoutout Clip, and Ending Credits.
- Category-based Raid TTS and Twitch raid responses.
- Multiple Raid TTS engines/voices with random selection.

- Added a saved Events / Recent Events vertical splitter so the two areas can be resized independently.
- Added RESET LAYOUT to restore CHAT / USERS / EVENTS order and default splitter positions.
- Kept StreamTower Reward Creator directly under Chat with one-click + CREATE access.
- Reworked Create Twitch Reward + OBS Action spacing, sizing, text contrast, disabled-state readability, and control alignment to prevent clipped labels/fields.
- Updated the one-time What's New popup key/content for beta.52 Fix 4.
Fix 5 — Free-Form Moderation Workspace
- CHAT, USERS, EVENTS, and RECENT EVENTS are now four completely independent modules.
- Each module can be dragged anywhere inside the Twitch Moderation workspace by its title bar.
- Each module can be resized from all four sides and all four corners, including independent height control.
- StreamTower saves each panel's X/Y position and width/height and restores the layout after restart.
- Added LOCK LAYOUT / UNLOCK LAYOUT to prevent accidental moves or resizes.
- RESET LAYOUT now restores a balanced 2x2 four-panel workspace.
- RECENT EVENTS is no longer embedded inside EVENTS.
- Updated the one-time What's New popup key/content for beta.52 Fix 5.
Fix 6 — Startup Crash Hotfix
- Fixed a startup crash introduced by the free-form Twitch Moderation workspace in Fix 5.
- Moderation panel layout restoration now waits for the workspace window handle before using BeginInvoke.
- Preserves the four independent movable/resizable moderation panels, saved panel bounds, Lock Layout, and Reset Layout.
- Updated the one-time What's New popup key/content for beta.52 Fix 6.

- Preserves the Fix 7 Dashboard and Command Center redesign and the Fix 6 free-form Twitch Moderation workspace.
- What's New key advanced to beta.52 Fix 8.
Fix 9 — Pre-Stream Go Live Workflow + Random Notifications/Tags
- Reworked PRE-STREAM so GO LIVE is the main launch action instead of APPLY TO TWITCH.
- GO LIVE now opens a choice between LAUNCH OBS and GO LIVE NOW.
- LAUNCH OBS opens/attaches to OBS without starting stream output.
- GO LIVE NOW saves the current Pre-Stream values, runs the required Pre-Stream readiness check, applies Twitch title/category/tags, launches/connects OBS, switches to the configured Starting Scene, and starts stream output.
- Added an editable GO LIVE NOTIFICATION text box directly below STREAM TITLE.
- Added RANDOM NOTIFICATION to populate a fresh announcement based on the current stream title.
- Added RANDOM TAGS (BASED ON CATEGORY), mixing category-specific tags with saved/usual tags while respecting Twitch's 10-tag limit.
- Added SAVE PRE-STREAM SETTINGS for reusable category, title, notification, and usual-tag defaults.
- LOAD CURRENT now loads Twitch channel details without unnecessarily launching OBS.
- The primary GO LIVE button includes a smaller “Launches OBS” helper line.

- What's New key advanced to beta.52 Fix 9.
Fix 11 — Analytics compile hotfix
- Fixed the analytics text-report compiler error caused by an incorrectly escaped
"IN"comparison inside an interpolated string. - Restores compilation of the Stream Analytics export foundation from Fix 10 without changing its intended analytics behavior.

- Adds a prominent analytics-calendar preview directly on Overview.
- Rebuilds Calendar as a visual day/time heatmap with strongest historical streaming windows and recommendations.
- Fixes KPI label/value clipping by using dedicated two-row layouts and taller KPI cards.
- Keeps spreadsheet/CSV/text analytics export intact.
Fix 14 — Dashboard Sound Toggle + Larger Twitch Card + Default Walk-On
- SOUND ALERTS in the top Dashboard/status header is now clickable and toggles Streamer/Regular detection audio immediately.
- The Sound Alerts value changes between ON/OFF with clear enabled/disabled color feedback and saves immediately.
- Enlarged the Twitch account/profile card and streamer avatar so the connected Twitch identity is easier to see in the analytics-focused layout.
- Streamer/Regular WALK-ON SOUND now automatically fills with the configured StreamTower alert sound, falling back to the bundled
SpecialUser.wav. - The default walk-on remains disabled until the user explicitly checks Enabled.
- New/cleared user forms restore the default walk-on sound instead of leaving the sound field empty.
- Existing users with no custom walk-on sound display the default path when edited while preserving their disabled state.
- Advanced the one-time What's New revision to beta.52 Fix 13.
Fix 21 — Dedicated Custom Walk-On Group Screens
- Custom groups enabled with SHOW IN WALK-ON CATEGORY now open their own dedicated Walk-On user editor instead of redirecting to Groups.
- Custom Walk-On screens use the same per-user workflow as Streamers/Regulars: sound, output device, volume, First Words popup, Shoutout Clip, custom Twitch chat message, and optional profile fields.
- Group defaults prefill new members; per-user settings override those defaults.
- Adding/updating a user from the custom Walk-On screen also keeps that user in the group's membership list.
- Removing a user from that screen removes the custom Walk-On profile and membership from that group only.
Fix 22 — UI spacing and clipping cleanup
- Increased the left navigation width so Command Center stays on one line.
- Reworked the StreamTower brand/header spacing so the beta/version/tagline is fully visible.
