This patch release makes semantic rename faster and easier for coding agents.
Changes
- Streamlined the bundled skill to run routine queries and guarded renames
directly instead of requiring schema and navigation preflights. - Replaced whole-file Preview output with contextual unified diffs.
- Reused warm language-server Owners across transient Pi, shell, and mise
environment changes while retaining meaningful server-environment isolation.

- Runtime floors: glibc 2.28, macOS 12, Windows 10 1809 or Windows Server 2019.

- Stored state: Trust, Preview, Receipt, and Recovery format v1 remains compatible with v0.1.0.
