SpaleHub 0.5.0

Choose a tag to compare

@spixyy7 spixyy7 released this 29 Aug 07:12

New

  • SpaleHub is a 3 MB download now. It opens in a second, sits light in the tray, and installs and updates the Spale programs exactly where it always has.
  • Uninstall from the card. Every program's card can take it off this computer, right beside Open. Your licence and your seat stay.
  • Six SpaleSkills, ready for Claude Code. SpaleSecurity, SpaleSEO, SpaleGithub, SpaleObsidian, SpaleAgents and SpaleMemory are in Browse add-ons.
  • My skills, by program. Your own skills are listed under the program you wrote them for, and a skill tagged for Claude Code is put there — and taken out again — by SpaleHub.
  • Community skills you installed are under Add-ons, with everything else on this computer.

Fixed

  • The splash is one splash. No white box before it, no line around it, and it comes down the moment SpaleHub is ready.

SpaleHub 0.4.7

@spixyy7 spixyy7 released this 19 Aug 19:48

Fixed

  • Add-ons show what you actually have. One row per add-on, saying whether Claude can see it — and saying so even when SpaleStudio switched part of it on for you.
  • Removing an add-on removes that one. Only the one you pressed, all of it, and it stays off.
  • Claude's notifications arrive once. SpaleHub and SpaleStudio keep one set of hooks between them instead of each adding their own.

SpaleHub 0.4.6

@spixyy7 spixyy7 released this 19 Aug 17:26

New

  • SpaleHub asks its own questions. Closing a program before it updates, signing out, replacing a key — every question now arrives in SpaleHub's own window with the program's icon on it, instead of a grey Windows box.
  • The safe answer is the one that stands out. On the questions that end something, the way out is the button you see first and the one that costs you is marked in red.

SpaleHub 0.4.5

@spixyy7 spixyy7 released this 18 Aug 21:48

Fixed

  • Updating a program that is open now works. SpaleHub closes it first, waits for it to let go of its files, and then installs — instead of handing the installer a running program and leaving you with a Windows error you could do nothing about.
  • A program you just installed is shown as installed. The list read the version to decide that, and the version is not always readable in the first seconds; now it asks whether the program is there.

SpaleHub 0.4.4

@spixyy7 spixyy7 released this 18 Aug 20:16

Fixed

  • Minor patches. Small improvements throughout.

SpaleHub 0.4.3

@spixyy7 spixyy7 released this 18 Aug 19:23

Fixed

  • Nothing from Spale ever appears in an ordinary terminal. The Claude notifications add-on now acts only inside SpaleStudio terminals and stays completely silent everywhere else — no more connection errors when SpaleStudio is closed.
  • Notifications stay set up. Closing SpaleStudio no longer shows the add-on as removed; it picks up again the moment SpaleStudio starts.

SpaleHub 0.4.2

@spixyy7 spixyy7 released this 17 Aug 10:26

Fixed

  • A version we have withdrawn now actually goes. It used to fetch itself and then wait for the next time SpaleHub closed — which on a computer left running is never.
  • Your update setting is read properly however the file was saved. Turning automatic updates off stayed off.
  • Major fixes throughout. Worth taking.

SpaleHub 0.4.1

@spixyy7 spixyy7 released this 17 Aug 10:11

New

  • A version we have withdrawn no longer waits to be noticed. When the SpaleHub you have is no longer supported, it replaces itself instead of sitting there — whatever your update setting says. Ordinary versions still wait for you.

Fixed

  • Major fixes throughout. Worth taking.

SpaleHub 0.4.0

@spixyy7 spixyy7 released this 17 Aug 09:37

New

  • Update everything in one go. Press Update on both programs and the second one waits its turn instead of being turned away — its card says Queued until it starts.
  • Settings. Turn automatic SpaleHub updates off and pick the moment yourself. It still checks and still tells you what it found; it just waits for you to press Update now.
  • A program that needs a newer SpaleHub says so. Its card tells you which version it needs, whether that is to run at all or only to move to its newest release — and the button there updates SpaleHub for you.

Fixed

  • A card waits until it knows before it tells you anything. It used to offer Open the moment it opened, then change its mind minutes later and ask for an update — including for a program that would not have started at all. Now it says Checking until the versions have actually been read.
  • A version check that does not get through tries again a minute later. One dropped connection used to leave a program looking up to date until the next check hours away.

SpaleHub 0.3.9

@spixyy7 spixyy7 released this 12 Aug 15:36

New

  • The hub activates a product the moment it can. SpaleStudio no longer has to be restarted after you sign in or free a seat — it asks the hub, and the hub answers as soon as it is running. Open the hub and a licensed product stops asking you to sign in.
