Overview

Flipnzee Auctions is a WordPress plugin for managing auctions and fixed-price sales of websites, domains, and other digital assets, with Escrow.com integration and administrator-controlled transaction management.

This release builds on Lesson 188 — Production Technical Preflight, which introduced production webhook registration checks, reconciliation diagnostics, Buy Now email notifications, lifecycle reliability testing, and production readiness reporting.

Core Capabilities

• Escrow.com integration: Supports the transaction workflow between Flipnzee Auctions and Escrow.com.
• Webhook verification: Provides diagnostics for webhook registration and transaction-event processing.
• Reconciliation monitoring: Improves visibility into scheduled transaction-status checks, failures, retries, and local status changes.
• Buy Now notifications: Supports buyer acknowledgements and administrator-managed email actions for purchase requests and verified Escrow agreements.
• Production readiness checks: Helps administrators review credentials, environment selection, webhook configuration, email settings, and reconciliation readiness.
• Transaction safeguards: Retains controls designed to reduce duplicate transactions and prevent invalid or unexpected payment-status transitions.
• Administrator-controlled production activity: Keeps live transaction creation subject to explicit configuration and safety controls.

Production Safety

A successful configuration check is not proof that a complete live payment has been processed successfully. Actual Production webhook delivery, transaction-state synchronization, and the end-to-end payment lifecycle must be verified independently.

Keep live transaction creation disabled until the required checks and a controlled Production transaction have been successfully verified.

Installation

1. Back up the WordPress database and existing plugin files.
2. Download the ZIP attached to this release.
3. Update Flipnzee Auctions through WordPress → Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin.
4. Confirm that the plugin activates and the administrator pages load correctly.
5. Review Escrow Settings, email notifications, webhook diagnostics, and reconciliation status.
6. Verify the complete transaction workflow before enabling live transactions.
