No examples of async support in examples distro

Actually, spock-example doesn't have examples for most of Spock's features... I'm still
struggling with where to 
put which kind of documentation. Documentation could go in any of the following places:
Wiki, spock-example, 
Spock Web Console, JavaDoc. In case of async support, the JavaDoc is fairly good, but
other than that there's no 
documentation yet.
