HUGE speeds improvements (more than a 20x)

1. replaceparser's speed is now lots faster
2. multithreading added

Addded the option to use custom yara rules (read readme for more info)
Added the option to disable my own yara rules
Added the option to disable replace parser
Added the option to scan for DLLs only

Removed duplicates in end output (i forgot to make this case insensitive 💀)

Maybe more things i dont even remember tbh, i've been working on this for a while
