v0.2.4 — Fix network traffic dashboard counters

Fixes

• Fix the built-in Device Dashboard's network traffic graphs: network_rx_bytes and network_tx_bytes now report unlabeled, device-wide cumulative counters across the selected non-loopback interfaces.
• Keep device totals monotonic across interface disappearance and detected counter resets. Totals start at zero on daemon startup; each new or reappearing interface establishes its baseline on its first reading.
• Publish cumulative totals on every collection tick, bypassing timed aggregation so the platform can calculate traffic rates correctly.
• Preserve aggregated, interface-labeled byte deltas under net_rx_bytes and net_tx_bytes.
• Update the Yocto recipe to version 0.2.4.

Custom dashboard migration

Earlier versions used network_rx_bytes and network_tx_bytes for per-interface deltas. Custom widgets that sum those values or filter/group them by interface must switch to net_rx_bytes and net_tx_bytes. The original names now contain unlabeled cumulative totals and require rate/delta calculations instead of summation. Do not mix pre-upgrade and post-upgrade samples in the same rate calculation.

Pre-built packages are attached for x86-64, ARM64, and ARMv7 hard-float, each in default (journald + syslog) and syslog-only variants. The release also includes install.sh and checksums-sha256.txt.
