v0.1.5 — fix Claude Code config format + uv in server image

Two blockers hit on first real client connect.

Bug 1: pier sync wrote "transport": "sse" — Claude Code's JSON format uses "type": "sse". Client silently failed to connect. Fixed: writeJsonMerge translates at write time. Also appends /sse suffix to URLs, matching the shape of working configs.

Bug 2: server image had no uv, so Python MCPs died with spawn uvx ENOENT. Fixed: install uv via pip in the runtime Dockerfile layer.

Upgrade path: npm i -g mcpier@0.1.5, then pier sync once to rewrite the config with the correct JSON shape. Claude Code restart, done.
